What if OCD takes over & I hurt someone, or myself?
What if I “lose it” & do something bad in the future - anything’s possible - I need to be very careful how I act around people
I could be a potential murder - people would hate me if they knew what I was thinking
Maybe I am dangerous to be around - I need to stay away from people
Maybe I will just throw myself of a balcony or drive into oncoming traffic - I need to not go near balcony's and hold my steering wheel very rigidly
Maybe I will stab someone - I need to stay away from knives when around people in the kitchen
