With Dr. Pointer, OCD Specialist, you are likely to begin experiencing the benefits of Specialist OCD therapy relatively soon after commencing therapy - often within the first few sessions
To receive the full benefit of therapy for OCD, it’s important for your sessions to be once a week, until you are feeling much better, otherwise OCD can further interfere with your progress. Saying that, a very occasional small gap, to accommodate for holidays, etc., is fine. Although everyone is different, the majority of Dr. Pointer’s clients find themselves feeling well enough by approximately the 6th to 12th session to either finish therapy, or, if they wish to keep the support & guidance in place, to reduce the frequency of their appointments
You may think your OCD is so entrenched and distressing that it cannot be treated through short-term/brief therapy, and that long-term therapy is required. However, this is probably not the case, if you have Dr. Pointer to guide you towards recovery from OCD
you do not need to book more than one session at a time, because there is no commitment to further sessions ~ simply take each step, one at a time

*** It’s worth considering that with Dr. Pointer, it’s likely that you will need far fewer sessions than you would with most therapists, & therefore for your recovery process to cost you significantly less, overall
payment needs to be received at least 48 hours in advance of each appointment, via bank transfer
payments from outside the UK will need to cover the transfer fee stipulated by your bank
