Examples of POCD thoughts:
I know I’m not sexually attracted to kids / minors, but what if I am?
I know I’m not attracted to kids / minors, but these thoughts / images / groinal responses must mean something bad about me?
I know I’m not interested in kids / minors, but I keep looking at them just to be sure, & now I’m freaking out that this means I'm a pervert?
I’’ve been thinking about this so much now, that I’ve almost convinced myself that I actually am a pedophile, even though I know I’m not.
