Examples of Contamination OCD thoughts:
What if there are germs on the doorknob?
What if something toxic gets onto something that I or my partner/family use?
What if some of my sexual fluid has got on the door handle, and will get onto my family’s hands - would that be incest (crossing over into Incest OCD)
What if one of my “bad thoughts” corrupts my “good thoughts” or thoughts about my partner/family?
